MONTHLY POST TEMPLATE

1. The Operator’s Field Notes (The Friction)

  • The Log: A brief, 3–5 sentence summary of the week’s rucking or paddling conditions. Note weather, terrain variation, or gear changes.
  • The Friction Point: What was the single hardest physical or mental barrier this week? How did you navigate it?

2. The Architect’s Analysis (The Data Intersect)

  • Biometric Context: Explain the why behind your row data. (e.g., “Cardiovascular drift hit Red on Thursday because the midday Florida humidity jumped to 90%, causing cardiovascular strain despite maintaining a strict Zone 2 pace.”)
  • Biological Alignment Check: Notes on your nutrition, caloric surplus/deficit via MacroFactor, and gut comfort or aromatherapy applications for recovery.
